• YardA. HOA fees are $50/month ($600 annually). B. Buyer is responsible for obtaining/paying for the following: (i) domestic water connection; (ii) Sewer Permit (including connection and privilege fee); (iii) Building Permit; (iv) HDC Approval; and (v) all utility tie-ins for electricity, cable, and intelligence. C. All single family lots are subject to a maximum of 4 bedrooms unless otherwise approved by the Developer and the Town. D. Secondary dwellings are permitted (with additional Special Permit), but tertiary dwellings are strictly prohibited. Buyers are restricted from further subdivision and may not utilize the covenant lot program. E. Buyer’s intended construction is subject to Lot Configuration Review Approval pursuant to the Special Permit. F. New modular “move-ons” are allowed; moves of existing structures are subject to Developer approval.
