- Vacation Rentals
We asked Sales and Rental Agent Lara Hanson for some Fisher vacation rentals that she loves to rent to her clients. As a native Nantucketer, her expertise on the Island’s neighborhoods, as well as her knowledge in our rental database, has her clients raving about working with her.
See where Lara thinks you should stay next summer, along with some recent reviews from her clients about their experience working with her.
15 New Lane, Nantucket
15 New Lane has been the perfect spot for my clients who wish to be close to the action, yet slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the heart of town. Popping out to Madaket or Cisco to enjoy the beautiful south shore beaches, sunsets, golf, or the brewery is easy from this edge-of-town location. With a floor plan that affords privacy as well as two full kitchens, this contemporary house is great for groups of friends or multi-family groups. The expertly landscaped patio and walkways have delighted late spring and summer guests.
2 Jennifer Lane, Nantucket
Channeling a coastal yet chic vibe with thoughtfully curated furnishings, 2 Jennifer Lane combines Sconset charm with modern amenities that most of today’s renters seek out. With four bedrooms, an open floor plan, and multiple gathering spaces, my clients have enjoyed spending the day at the beach and then returning here at day’s end to make dinner on the grill and play lawn games in the spacious yard.
3 Cliff Lane
3 Cliff Lane is the ultimate compound for those seeking an epic space for family gatherings or simply for rest and respite by the infinity pool. Luxury amenities and a contemporary, clean style complement area amenities such as the Westmoor Club, Galley Beach, and Cliffside Beach Club. This stunning resort-like property has it all.
133 Surfside Road
I absolutely love the location of 133 Surfside Road; it’s so convenient to both the beach and town. Not only is Surfside proper an amazing south shore spot with the concessions, taco truck, bathrooms, shuttle stop, and bike racks, but nearby Fishermans’ and Stone’s Beaches are beautiful as well. Having a rental house so close by means beach all day, which is why so many of my clients keep coming back to the island and seek out houses like this in the Surfside area – no frills, easy island living.
2 Hiawasse Lane
One of the first things I noticed about 2 Hiawasse Lane is the fabulous yard and outdoor space. Feedback from those who have stayed here has been so positive, especially due to its location situated near the schools and mid-island conveniences. South shore beaches aren’t far away, nor are the fabulous restaurants and shopping in town. 2 Hiawasse has been many recent updates and the light, bright living space is great for gathering the whole gang together.
