Nantucket’s Second Annual Children’s Book Day
On Saturday, August 23rd, the Nantucket Book Foundation invites families to gather at Children’s Beach for a joyful morning dedicated to young readers. Starting at 10 AM, Children’s Book Day will be filled with author readings, performances, crafts, and activities—all celebrating the power of storytelling.

12:30 PM – Wrap up with a Children’s Book Day Scavenger Hunt, meet the authors, purchase books, enjoy lawn games, make crafts, and soak up the fun at Children’s Beach!
