Two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full sized bed share a full bathroom off the sitting room. An updated kitchen has a breakfast table, new counters, and a rear door leading to the backyard brick patio with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and en suite full bathroom. Another bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with two Twin beds with a private full bathroom as well.

An unfinished lower level stores your beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella. Washer and dryer located in the rear of the lower level.
