Sail Into September Aboard the Tall Ship Lynx

As the summer season winds down on Nantucket, there’s no better way to celebrate its close than with an unforgettable sail aboard the Tall Ship Lynx. Known for her classic beauty and spirited crew, the Lynx will soon head south for the winter—but not before a few final sails that promise music, art, champagne toasts, and golden-hour views.

With only three sails remaining this year, now is the time to step aboard and create one last summer memory at sea.

Bid farewell to the Summer of 2025 with a champagne toast, sea breezes, and a patriotic sail into sunset. This celebratory evening is hosted in collaboration with FOR NOW, and features:

An Afternoon on the Water: Sip, Sketch & Sail

Sunday, September 7 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Unleash your creativity while sailing the harbor with the Artists Association of Nantucket (AAN). This relaxed afternoon combines art and adventure, perfect for anyone who wants to sketch the sea, the ship, or simply soak in the inspiration.

• Led by AAN artists Elizabeth Buccino & Lizbet Carroll Fuller

• All supplies and light refreshments provided

• Open to beginners and seasoned artists alike
