From the front door you are greeted by a family room with large windows and gorgeous views of the sprawling back yard. A fully equipped chef's kitchen is to the left, perfect for entertaining a large group of friends or family. Down the hall is a full hall bath, laundry facilities, and a Jack and Jill bedroom; one with twin beds and the other with a queen. To the right of the entry is a well-sized dining room with views and a family room with a wood burning fireplace. Off the family room are two en suite bedrooms, both with queen beds.

The second floor features a large sitting room that accesses the second floor deck with spectacular ocean views. To the left, a comfortable media room is complete with oversized couches and a flat screen TV. From the media room is an en suite bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. This bedroom can also be accessed by a first floor ladder off the main hallway. To the right of the main sitting room is the sixth and final bedroom with ocean views and a private en suite bath.

A three-bedroom, two and a half bath guest house may be rented additionally and can be accessed either from the Main House via a hidden garden path or from the road via its own separate driveway. The guest house is not rented separately.
