Enter through the back porch into the kitchen. There is a TV/game room straight ahead and the kitchen has a large pantry with a sink. From the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 10 and two high chairs. There is a large living room with fireplace and oversized windows that look over the front porch and North Liberty Street. There is one bedroom on this level with a queen size bed that has an en suite bath with a tub/shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the kitchen.

There are four bedrooms located on the second floor. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one room has two twins, and in the front of the home there is a bedroom with two twins in the back and a den. These bedrooms share two full baths on the second floor. One bathroom has a shower only and the other has a shower and soaking tub.

On the lower level there is plenty of storage or beach equipment and bikes and there are two washers and two dryers.
