Enter the house via the sunroom toward the front of the house on York Street. This opens to a large living room with plenty of seating. To the right of the entry is an ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed and a bath with a shower. The living room is open to the back of the house where you can find the dining room and the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has stone counter tops, a gas range, and a small dining table with seating for four. It opens toward the mudroom that leads to the back deck with laundry. There is an additional bedroom on this floor with one twin bed and a second full bath with a tub/shower. There is also a small office on this level.

Stairs lead to a landing with a twin day bed. There is a hall bathroom which is shared by a guest room with a queen size bed and a guestroom with two twin beds.
