The kitchen and dining area are towards the back of the house and include top of the line appliances, ample seating including room for 14 at the dining room table. It is the perfect spot for large group meals whether you want to cook or hire a chef.

The living room has tall, vaulted ceilings, clean views and opens up to the pool and patio areas in the back of the property. There are two bedrooms with king beds on this floor, one being a master opening up to the outdoor patio area.

There is a great mud room with plenty of space for throwing aside towels, shoes, etc and a laundry room which also includes an extra fridge & freezer should you need the extra space.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. A queen bedroom with a private full bathroom and great ocean views from a small balcony. A bedroom with with one double bed and a twin bed. And the third bedroom with twin beds. The second two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The lower level of this home has a cozy TV area with comfortable seating, two sets of Bunk Beds, a bathroom and a smaller room with a day bed. This is a great space for a group of kids.

There is also a cottage on the property. On the first floor there is a game area with a ping pong table. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with Queen bed, private bath and a deck with great ocean views.
