The Tom Nevers area is a gem of Nantucket Island. This 4 bedroom house with a heated pool offers you peace and quiet from the summer crowds without being too far away from the historic downtown area. Tom Nevers beach is located 1.5 miles down the road and has miles of secluded beachfront that is never crowded in the summer. Use the Milestone bike path to head to the quaint town of Siasconset (2 miles) or head to town (5 miles). The bike path connects to the Polpis bike path to create a 30-mile loop. Also located within a half mile of the bus stop "The Wave" which will take you to the historic downtown shops and restaurants. Tom Nevers is a rural setting surrounded by conservation land and many recreation paths leading to beaches and the moors. Next to Tom Nevers Beach you can find a small playground and additional recreation area with beautiful views of the ocean. This is the perfect area for fishing if desired. The pool is heated, fenced in and very private and there is a large outdoor heated shower for post beach rinse offs! This area is also less than 1 mile from 3 golf courses (2 private, 1 public).
