“Oarderly” is a completely renovated cottage located just around the corner from Nobadeer and Fisherman Beaches. The house has water views and is the perfect summer beach cottage. There is a spacious yard with outdoor dining and a firepit, an outdoor shower and parking for two cars. There is a separate home on the same lot that is rented separately which has its own outdoor living space and parking. The owners prefer a long term rental of 4 weeks or longer.
There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a King bed and one with two twin beds. They share a bathroom with a tiled shower.
On the second floor is an open kitchen, living and dining area with a powder room. There is a second-floor balcony with panoramic water views. The kitchen has all high end appliances and stone countertops.
