Entering through the front door there is a small sitting area. Each of the six bedrooms on the first floor have en suite bathrooms and are located off the entry way. A long hallway leads back to the large living area with a commercial kitchen, a big screen TV with seating for at least 20 people, a sitting area with coffee tables and a pool table. There is a large four-season porch with heaters and a gas grill. The outdoor seating can accommodate up to 40 guests.

The second floor features a residential kitchen and a large banquet table with plenty of seating. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator. There are eight en suite bedrooms on this level. All bathrooms have stall showers except for three bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms have queen beds except for two bedrooms with twin beds.
