“Surf” First Floor: The front door opens into the open living area with the eat-in kitchen just beyond. Off the kitchen are two exterior access points that each open out onto a different deck: one for lounging and one for outdoor dining. Also featured on the first floor are two bedrooms: an en suite with a queen bed and a spacious room outfitted with two twin beds. Additionally, the hallway has a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

"Turf" First Floor: As you enter off the secondary shelled driveway into “Turf”, you are welcomed by the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. Conducive to gathering and simple summer living, this space opens out to the spacious backyard via sliding French doors, allowing for easy mingling between the inside and the oversized back deck. Additionally featured on this floor is a sitting room off the entry (which could serve as overflow space for guests), a full bathroom, and a queen-sized bedroom with en suite.

"Surf" Second Floor: The second floor is comprised entirely of the primary suite and has stunning views out over the ocean. The en suite bathroom has been recently updated and features a skylight for a heightened experience.

"Turf" Second Floor: As you ascend the stairs, to your left is a full bathroom complete with a soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Straight ahead waits a secondary bedroom and to the right is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is well-sized and features a king-sized bed as well as a couch and sitting area complete with a wall-mounted television. Similar to the primary suite in “Surf”, this bedroom features distant ocean views.
