The main house is all on one floor. The kitchen has a small table for prep and casual meals. There is an electric oven and a washer and dryer, and the kitchen has access to the back deck. Off the kitchen there is an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a bathtub only. There is a dining room with seating for 8 people. There is a large living area off to the left with a sectional couch, a TV, a backgammon table and windows that look out over the ocean. There are two bedrooms off this living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. They share a Jack and Jill bath with a shower and a soaking tub. Toward the other end of the house, there is a second living area with bookshelves and seating that look over the front yard and the ocean. There is TV off to the side as well as some weights and work out equipment if you want to get some exercise while you are away. There are two additional bedrooms on this side of the house. There is a pass-through bedroom with a twin bed and the bedroom in the back has a queen bed. These share a bathroom with a shower.

The cottage is located in the back of the property close to the parking area. It has three bedrooms and one bath. The guest bedrooms have the following bedding configuration: one with two twin beds, a queen bedroom and a room with a daybed-trundle bed. This room also has a mini fridge and a microwave. They share a hall bath which has a tub/shower.
