To the right and left of the entry foyer are two, beautifully appointed bedroom suites. The front hallway opens to a gracious and open living, dining and kitchen area that looks out to a pergola-covered patio with pool area beyond. It’s the ideal space for gathering after an active day outside. Beyond the living area is the primary suite which has vaulted ceilings, a commodious bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub and access to its own private outdoor shower. A mud room is located off the side of the house with custom built-in cabinets and ample storage space, perfect for dropping your beach bags and sandals.

The second floor has two additional guest suites, each with high vaulted ceilings and private bathrooms. A comfortable sitting area connects the two bedrooms and overlooks the first floor living area below.

The independent guest studio above the garage and overlooking the pool and yard features a king bed, full bathroom and refrigerator.

The pool house is equipped with a TV, video games, foosball table, refrigerator and bathroom.
