The first floor of the main house welcomes you in via an entryway that gives way to the dining room. The dining room is spacious and open and currently holds a ten-person dining table and features views out onto the backyard through oversized sliding glass doors. To the left of the dining area is an open hallway that connects a powder room, an oversized guest room (Queen bed) with an en suite, a room currently utilized as a playroom with a full en suite bathroom, and a cozy but large living room. This first-floor living room features a stunning wet bar and access to the backyard via French doors. To the right of the dining area are the other first-floor gathering spaces: an open-concept kitchen, a sitting room with soaring ceilings, and a bonus breakfast nook. On the second floor, the two wings are separated by a central living space. This living room features not one but two balconies, one overlooking the front yard and the other the backyard, as well as a wet bar, vaulted ceilings, and a projector with a hideaway screen to transform the room. In one wing, a substantial secondary bedroom suite (Queen bed), and in the other, the primary suite (King bed). The primary bedroom suite enjoys high ceilings, custom built-ins, a luxurious walk-in closet, and an en suite with a soaking tub as well as a dual-head walk-in shower. There is an office on the other side of the primary bedroom with water views with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, this wing also features two balconies: one at the front of the house off the primary bedroom suite and another at the back with access from the sizable home office.

The lower level includes one bedroom with two full beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a gym with a large sauna and full bathroom. The sliding glass door from the gym opens to the walk up to the backyard.

The cottage is perfectly sized to make any guest feel at home! There are two bedrooms located on the second floor, each with a king bed and private bath. The first floor features a full-sized kitchen, spacious living room and full bathroom. The sliding doors off the living room open up to a sitting area overlooking the pool area. The lower level features a large laundry room. The cottage has its own driveway.
