The front entry opens to the formal entry with a powder room to the left and a coat closet to the right. Continue into the living area with couches centered around a fireplace with French doors that lead to the back deck. The living area opens to the dining area and kitchen. The dining table has seating for 10 people and the kitchen has a large center island, a gas range, a large Sub-Zero fridge, and a sink that looks toward the front of the house.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Toward the front of the house is an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with double vanities and a tiled shower.
Toward the rear is a kids wing with two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and is across the hall from the full bath with a tub/shower. The wing continues to a second bedroom with two twin beds with windows that look over the back lawn.

Stairs lead to the second floor with a primary suite. There is a landing at the top with a window that overlooks the first floor living area. To the left is the bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the backyard. To the right of the stairs is an office with a TV and a beverage fridge. This room has a balcony that looks over the front of the house and faces west.

The lower level features a large living area with a sectional couch and large flat screen tv. There is a fun, under the stairs nook for kids to play in. There are two bedrooms on this level. One has two full beds with an ensuite bath with tiled shower and two vanities which can also be accessed from the hall. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
