Adjacent to the living room is an office with cathedraled ceiling and built-in desk. Beyond the kitchen is a mudroom area with stone floor, a laundry room with sliding barn door and powder room. At the back of the first floor is a private bedroom suite (king) with full bath (double vanity and tiled shower) and french doors out to private stone patio surrounded by privet hedge.

Stairs with curved detail lead to the second floor. On the oceanside of the home is a private master bedroom suite (king) with walk-in closet, master bath with soaking tub and separate tiled shower, as well as a double vanity. Also on the ocean side is a large family room with wet bar and cabinetry, as well as french doors which lead out to private porches on both the ocean and pool-side of home. Beyond the living room is a queen bedroom suite with full bath (tiled shower). Another queen bedroom suite to the rear of the second floor overlooks the pool area with full bath (tiled shower).

Stairs lead down to a large family room/media room. There is twin a bedroom with two closets and a full bath with a tub/shower featuring mosaic banner tile detail. Another bedroom with bunk beds sleeps four.

The separate pool cabana offers custom cabinetry, an antique barn board cathedral ceiling, mini-kitchenette with under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerator/ice-maker, half bath, and sitting area. There is a pull-out couch in the studio.
