Enter through the side entrance into the kitchen. The dining room with seating for six is toward the front of the house and the living room centers on the fireplace with a cozy couch and armchairs and a large TV. There is a master bedroom on this level with a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a door which opens toward the East for great ocean views across the street toward the bluff.

The second floor has two bedrooms. One with two twins and one with a full bed. They share a hall bathroom with a bathtub. There are ocean views from all rooms to the East.
