Enter through the front door into the living room. The living area and dining room are separated by a gas fireplace. The dining room opens to the recently renovated kitchen with a six-burner Viking Range, large stainless fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry. There is a table with seating for two in the kitchen and French Doors open to the back deck which has a gas grill and outdoor dining. Toward the front of the house are two bedrooms. Each have queen size beds. There is a hall bath between them with a shower. There is a second living area on this floor with a TV as well as a second full bath with a shower and a laundry room.

The second floor has three formal bedrooms and a full bath. At the top of the stairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a hall bath with a shower. There are three additional sleeping spaces upstairs. One has a twin and crib (this is a pass-through room) which leads to the far end of the house where there is a bedroom with two twin beds. A third bedroom has one twin bed and is accessed through the bathroom or through the pass-through bedroom.
