The first floor offers a brand new, open concept kitchen and dining area. A large living room is located off the kitchen as well as a bedroom with a trundle bed (two twins) with sliding door access to the rear patio. This bedroom has a full tub bathroom, which also acts as the main first floor bathroom.

The second floor offers three bedrooms. The en suite master bedroom is oversized and has a walk-in closet and full bathroom with a tub. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and offer one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed.

The lower level offers a large rec room with overflow sleeping space. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette and living room. This level also offers the laundry room interior access and exterior access.
