The first floor features a spacious living room which opens into the dining room and kitchen, which features high end appliances. There is a powder room off the kitchen as well as a laundry room and access to a sunny patio and back yard. The primary bedroom with ensuite bath and king bed is situated at the back of the house.

The second floor features three bedrooms, including a second primary bedroom with a king and private bath. The two other bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twins, share a hall bath.

The third floor has a bedroom with two twin beds, plus a large and bright living room which is great for games or movie night. There is also a second powder room on the third floor.

The lower level is unfinished and has a second washer/dryer and acts as storage for beach gear.
