From the driveway, enter via the side door into the open kitchen and dining area. There is a dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen has a large center island with stools and plenty of space for preparing meals. A powder room is located close to the side entry. The living area is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, with a large TV mounted over the fireplace with couches for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Toward the back of the house are two bedrooms, each with queen size beds. They share a hall bath with a tub/shower. The laundry is located outside of this bathroom.

The second floor opens to a landing with a desk area. The master bedroom is on this level with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower.

The lower level features a playroom with a TV, games and toys as well as two twin beds for overflow. There is also a treadmill and a pro-form bike on this level.
