Additionally, the backyard offers a gas fire pit area which is perfect for cozy nights and making smores after a full day at the beach. The first floor also offers a full size washer, dryer and shared full bath.

The second floor hosts the main living area with a beautiful, custom kitchen and open to both the dining area and living room. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. This level also includes a half bath. The dining area offers seating for 8, in addition to the large kitchen island with 5 seats. The main living area opens to a large back deck ideal for grilling, catching the sunset and stargazing.

The third floor hosts the sun soaked primary suite with a king bed and a French-inspired full bath with an antique chandelier. While the house is perfectly situated to let the sun in, each bedroom has optional light-blocking window treatments.
