A staircase in the hall leads to the second floor. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor. To the right of the entry way, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a Jack and Jill bath with a shower and a soaking tub. The other bedroom with access to this bathroom has a set of bunk beds with two queen size beds. The primary suite is accessed from the rear of the first floor. There is a sunroom with windows overlooking the back yard and the bedroom has a king size bed as well as a fireplace. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a tiled shower.

The second floor has an open floor plan. The chef’s kitchen has a 6-burner Wolf Range and a large prep sink as well as a large island for preparing summer meals. There is a breakfast nook which is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. The dining area has seating for six people and the large open living area has plenty of seating and bookcases with many books to keep you amused at the beach! There is a powder room on this level. French doors lead to the second-floor deck which overlooks conservation land, the backyard and the garden area.
