Drop of Dew is a new construction cottage built in 2023 in the old historic district. This charming cottage has 4 bedrooms each with private bath spread over 3 floors. There is an additional living area and wet bar in the basement. Cottage can comfortably sleep eight adults, or it can accommodate six adults and up to five children sleeping in the bunk room (full bed/full bed with a twin trundle).

The second floor offers two king bedrooms, both en suite.
Media Room with two additional en suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king and the other bedroom has a full bed bunk with a trundle underneath. Laundry is on this level as well.
