The first floor has a living room with cathedral ceiling offering a spacious feel and then you move into the open dining and kitchen areas. The living room has one split unit for A/C. There are doors to the deck from the dining room so you can easily enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. There is a powder room, laundry and an office off of the kitchen area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a bathroom, one has two sets of bunk beds and the other a full bed. There is a door off the mud area that takes you to the outdoor shower.

The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor along with an additional office.
