The left end of the home offers a bedroom with two twin sized beds which has access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower; it leads to another bedroom with a full-sized bed. The master bedroom suite is located in the back left hand side of the home and offers a king bed, French doors leading to the patio and two walk-in closets which lead to the private bathroom. The bathroom offers a shower stall which leads to a private outside shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

Over the garage in the main house is a large bedroom with 3 twin beds and an en-suite full bath, a living room area with a tv and desk, great for a home office space.

The entire interior of the Boat House is made from reclaimed dock wood. A bedroom with queen bunks is to the right with an en-suite bath and straight ahead through a barn door is another en-suite queen bedroom with a fireplace and French doors onto a private patio. Upstairs is a fantastic game room with a built-in bar, a pool table, a fireplace, large flat screen TV with surround sound, fridge, freezer, microwave and French doors to a deck.
