Toward the back of the house are two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two sets of bunk beds and a shared hall bath. There is a mudroom, laundry, and access to the outdoor shower from this level as well.

The second level opens to a living room, dining room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. From this space there is access to the front deck with gorgeous views of the Nantucket Sound. The master suite is located off this communal area with a large ensuite bath. The back hall offers a powder room and wet bar. A second deck leads to a detached office/living room with a sleeper sofa and en suite bath for additional guests.

A "pirates cove" offers a small sitting space with portholes that look over to the level below and a ladder to the widows walk.
