The first floor has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the harbor and has views of Coatue. The kitchen has been renovated and has high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. The living area has plenty of seating and the dining table has seating for ten people. There are French doors which lead to the front porch which overlooks the harbor. There is an en-suite bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a tiled shower. Access to the outdoor shower is on the first floor. There is also a powder room on the first floor.

The second floor has four additional bedrooms. There are two suites, both with King beds and tiled showers which are toward the front of the house and have panoramic harbor views and decks that overlook Nantucket Sound. The additional bedrooms have a single bed and queen bed and they share a hall bath with a double vanity and a tiled shower.
