A center hallway off the main entrance of the home leads to three bedrooms on the first floor.  Each bedroom is a generous size, with good closets.  The master bedroom has sliding doors that lead to a covered mahogany deck.  A first floor bathroom has a tub and shower, and a stacked washer and dryer.

Staircase to the second floor leads to an open kitchen, dining and living room with Cathedral ceilings and oak flooring.  A picture window on one side and a row of three additional windows on the other side bring in the view and lots of sunlight.  Sliding doors on the south side of the home lead to a large mahogany wrap-around deck which provides a great outdoor space to see the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean and conservation.
