When first approaching you notice a wrap around porch and entry which overlooks the yard and patio.  The front door opens to a stone tiled foyer with a closet to the left and a gas fireplace.   There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the first floor.  The bathroom has a full tub and shower.  A closet in the bathroom includes the washer and dryer.  The bedroom to the left of the front door is slightly smaller than the one on the right, which also has a bigger sized closet and sliding glass doors giving views of the yard.  Both bedrooms have wide pine flooring.

The staircase starts to the right of the front door and leads into an open living area.  The open floor plan includes the living, dining, and kitchen spaces in a circular layout.  High ceilings over the living area open nicely through sliding glass doors to the second floor deck. Deck views over look the yard and the ocean in the distance.  The kitchen has a chop block, stone tile and wooden counter tops.  A small half bath is tucked away for convenience between the kitchen and reading nook.  Wide pine flooring throughout ties the spaces together. There is attic storage above the kitchen and closet storage in the living room.
