Upon entering, one is in a FOYER with a seating area and a Dutch door, which accesses the patio. The charming LIVING ROOM is complete with a daybed for lounging with a book by the Vermont Castings gas stove. The cottage is built in a "U" shape, surrounding a very private PATIO for dining - or enjoying an outdoor shower. All sections of the house open to the PATIO. There is a MASTER BEDROOM at each end, each with its own BATH. A LOFT, the third sleeping area or office, is above the LIVING ROOM. The modernized KITCHEN has a farmer's sink, all new appliances, and an eating counter with two stools, as well as a separate DINING AREA.
