Enter the Beach Street entrance into the living room/dining area with Vermont gas fireplace and ocean views. There is a guest bedroom off the living room and a ships ladder to a loft which is suitable for twin beds. Just beyond the dining area is a galley kitchen with ocean views, cathedral ceiling and a full bathroom. The master bedroom with full bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub is also off the dining area. The second entrance to the cottage is off of Codfish Park Road where there are two parking spaces, an irrigated yard and a patio—all facing the ocean.
