Main House - built by Ed Toole in 2001 and designed by the late renowned Island architect Gwynne Thorsen, its classic twin chimneys design remains brilliant today. The wide covered
front porch with its welcoming Dutch door opens into a large foyer with white-washed pine flooring and dual staircases. The central living room features a double-sided wood burning fireplace to warm any dinner party guests seated nearby and large French doors opening onto the pool deck with first floor water views. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen with a concrete center island, sitting area, access to the deck and proper mud room
with laundry. The mudroom opens onto a large deer-proof flower garden designed by the owner, a nationally recognized floral designer. At the opposite end of the house is a hallway with a powder room, first floor bedroom with private bathroom and French doors opening to the pool area.

The 2nd floor features a grand living room with gas fireplace and balcony, boasting wonderful views of the harbor and beyond Coatue where the summer yachts are
moored. To the south is the primary bedroom with its own balcony and primary bathroom. To the North there are two identical guest rooms, both with private bathrooms. Extensive built-ins minimize clutter and each room is light filled with vaulted ceilings.

Carriage/Farmhouse (459 sq ft) - Dating back to the 1860’s, the original Carriage House on the property has been lovingly restored to bring pure joy with every visit! Now used as a design studio, the nineteenth century fireplace was built of ship ballast stones and the ceiling boards were sourced from shipwrecked boats during the Island’s whaling era.
The white-ceramic stone flooring throughout leads outside to the enclosed, deer-proof vegetable garden with custom-built raised growing beds complete with irrigation lines
and organic materials. The Carriage House also features a half bathroom, outdoor shower and an attached potting shed.

Garage with Studio (482 sq ft) - Relocated and renovated in 2019, the garage features a studio above with a half bathroom and a small deck. The garage has a 30-amp / 220 v service for E.V. organized pully-system storage for surfboards, SUP and bikes. On the far side of the garage, a carport allows additional covered parking. There is an outdoor shower and roof overhang to keep firewood dry. A small garden shed flanks the car park area leading to a circular stone driveway.
