#78 is a special building designed in the spirit of a true pavilion for entertaining. The porch wraps all the way around the building with an extended patio the melds right into the landscape. The first floor hosts multiple sitting areas and a fireplace. There are floor to ceiling doors and windows faceting the space to take advantage of the views. The kitchen is on the other side of the stairwell with a commercial quality design. Half bath.

The artistry of the post and beam construction is most appreciated in the second floor of the pavilion. The soaring cathedral ceilings with the beautiful arching beams and joinery are a work of art. A custom bar anchors one side of the space and multiple sitting areas take in the different vistas with a central fireplace. There are two sets of doors out to the wrap around deck. Around the corner of the stairwell is the powder room and guest suite.

The lower level of #78 features an extraordinary 3, 500 bottle wine cellar.
