The main entry is accessed via the covered mahogany front porch through an over-sized door. The porch is deep and runs the full length of the home. The layout on the main level is open, with the large sitting area, fireplace, and bookcases to the right, dining and access to the screened porch at the center, and the kitchen, breakfast nook, and mud room to the left. There is a large full bath tucked around the corner as well as a third entrance. The mud room has a separate entry and accommodates one of two laundry areas in the home, as well as storage and an organized recycling/trash area. Further past the kitchen a hallway leads to one of two master suites. Here, there are french doors opening to the back yard. The cathedral ceilings are impressive. The en suite bath is specially fitted with a handicap accessible sink and shower.

The second floor is dedicated entirely to a large master suite. This space features cathedral ceilings, a fire place, walk-in closet and built-ins which include a petite sleeping area. Large french doors on opposite sides of the room open to front and back porches; one for sunrise, the other for sunset. Views are out over the woods, or to Miacomet Pond. The bath is sunny and spacious with a jetted tub and steam shower. At the head of the stair is storage and access to the roof walk.

The lower level is made up of two living areas, a bunk room, full kitchen, full bath and a half bath. There is ample storage throughout. The layout of the space is organized in such a way that the two living areas can be separated by a lockable doorway. One portion has a large living area, half bath and bunk room. This is accessed by the main stair to the upper floors of the home. The other suite includes a full kitchen, full bath, laundry, and bright living area which opens to a private courtyard. Of course, both portions of this level can act together as a spacious apartment with separate entrance. Pull out sleeper sofas, or Murphy beds could add significant guest capacity to the home. Ceilings are full height throughout this level and the space is lit by ample sunlight.
