To the right from the foyer there are two bedrooms and a  hall bath that has the laundry and a door to the outdoor shower.  The third bedroom is a private bedroom to the left of the foyer with an en suite bathroom.

At the top of the stairs there is a large living and dining room with cathedral ceilings and a central brick chimney. The living room  has a fireplace and the dining area a woodstove. There is a large deck off of the living and dining room with distant water views. The kitchen offers good workspace with new appliances, an island and a pantry. From the top of the stairs to the left is the master bedroom with private en suite bath and its own outdoor shower.
