1st floor: Common front covered porch. Front door opens to a foyer with access to first floor Units 1 and 2. A grand quarter-turn stair brings you to the second floor and Units 3 and 4.

2nd-floor Unit 4: Enter the open living space. The modern kitchen (renovated in 2003) has island counter seating and looks out over living and dining areas. The living room has great natural light along with a fireplace (currently non-working) and wood floors. The dining room has large windows on its three exterior walls with a peek of views toward the Harbor. The Queen bedroom has a step-in closet, the twin room an ensuite bath.
