Children’s Beach is a mecca for young kids as it includes a small beach, updated playground, the Hungry Minnow family-friendly restaurant and an open field to run around. Kids movement classes with Marjory Trott are normally held under the bandstand in the summer, in addition to her popular yoga classes with the best view on Nantucket. In the spring, Cherry Blossom trees are a sight to be seen, and at Thanksgiving, the whole island comes together for the Turkey Plunge, a fundraiser for the Atheneum.
