As you enter into the FOYER, the DINING AREA is to the right. The comfortable KITCHEN has an additional eating area with glass doors leading to a rear DECK. Stairs lead to a balcony above the DINING AREA. Off the FOYER is a hall with a BEDROOM to the left. On the right are a BATH and a LAUNDRY/STORAGE ROOM. Ahead is the large LIVING ROOM, a recent 24’x28’ addition, with a lovely antique marble fireplace. The mantel came from Captain Joathem Stetson’s house in Medford, MA. There is an elaborate wet BAR AREA with  refrigerator and ice maker, and OFFICE AREA, as well as other oak cabinetry, and access to the backyard. An elegant staircase leads to a new bedroom area above.

The stairs from the FOYER lead to a balcony/SITTING AREA overlooking the DINING AREA. To the left are a BEDROOM and a BATH. Accessed from a staircase from the LIVING ROOM is a bright new BEDROOM with an adjoining BATH and SITTING AREA/OFFICE, which would be a private and separate space for a grandparent.  Additional storage in the eaves.

The BASEMENT could be used in several ways. There is a BEDROOM and BATH combined with laundry facilities. The large unfinished area in the new addition has glass sliders and double-hung windows and could be used in several different ways.
