The formal entry from the street opens to a study/TV room at the front of the house. Stairs from the front lead to the second floor. As you move to the back of the house, you walk into a large living space with couches and tables for working or playing games. Continuing to the back, you walk through a pantry area with an extra fridge and access to a powder room. The kitchen, dining and living area are in the rear with two sets of French doors which open to the outdoor living space. There is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a Dynasty stove, SubZero fridge, and a large center island. There is a sitting area with large couches centered on the fireplace and the dining table is surrounded by large windows and near one of the French doors, so it has great light and views of the garden.

The Master suite is located toward the back of the property. It has a large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a tiled shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well. This room has many windows and great natural light. Toward the front of the house there are three guest bedrooms. One has a king size bed and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There is a guestroom with a queen bed and smaller guestroom with a twin bed and crib. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tiled shower.
