Enter from the first-floor wrap around deck into the entry. To the right is the eat-in kitchen and to the left is the open living and dining area. The dining area has seats for 5 people and the sofas center around a fireplace with built-ins and a TV mounted above. There is a queen bedroom on this level with access to a full bath with shower, which can also be accessed from the kitchen.

A spiral staircase from the entry way leads to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on this level, each one is en-suite. The King bedroom on the southern side of the house has a balcony with water views. The Queen size bedroom is on the northern side of the house.

The cottage is upside-down. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a King bed and one with two twin beds. They share a bathroom with a tiled shower. On the second floor is an open kitchen, living and dining area with a powder room. There is a second-floor balcony with panoramic water views. The kitchen has all high end appliances and stone countertops.
