Moving to the center of the house there is a spacious kitchen, dining, and a sitting area that is accented with a fireplace and wonderful views of the Harbor from every vantage point.

Located off the second floor landing there is a master suite with a fireplace and a spacious master bath. A private deck, accessed from this bedroom, offers 180 degree views of Nantucket Harbor. Two additional en-suite bedrooms and an office/study area are accessed off the second floor foyer.

The lower level is currently set up to accommodate overflow guests. There are four beds, and a sitting area with a television. There is a bathroom, laundry room and access to a storage area that also doubles as a garage.
