Enter from the covered porch to the open living area. You'll enjoy the Vermont Castings heating stove in the shoulder seasons. Two bright bedrooms are to the rear, and have built in dressers. One bed has built in twin beds as well. The shared bath has radiant heat, and a gorgeous view of the Harbor from the sink.

Use the retractable mahogany ladder to get to the loft. This room has nice built in bookshelves and cabinets. French doors lead to the second story deck with views of Eel Point, Madaket Harbor, Smiths Point, Tuckernuck, and the Atlantic Ocean.
