You enter into the house through a gracious front stoop (on the west side of the house) and come into the main living space.  The home is bright, clean and comfortable. The living area seamlessly leads through the dining area to the well-appointed kitchen. To the right of the entrance is a separate den/living space. Off of the dining area is the master suite with views out to the back of the property. On the north side of the home, off of the living area, are two very comfortable bedrooms that share a bath.

You enter the private cottage next to the garden into a comfortable living area with a wet bar acting as the kitchen. Upstairs in the loft is good-sized sleeping area.  There is also a full sized bath in the cottage/studio guest area.
