Entering off the covered porch, there are two sitting areas on the left and right. The right sitting area features a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. The left sitting area has a fireplace. Past the left sitting area is a light-filled dining room that flows onto the covered porch via French doors. There is a central hallway that has a half bath and stairs leading to the second floor. At the end of the hallway is a convenient pantry/laundry room with plenty of storage space. To the right is a large eat-in kitchen with a dining nook and access to the covered porch and yard.

At the top of the stairs is a light-filled bedroom on the right with three big windows (facing Walsh Street) overlooking the harbor and a hall bath with a tub/shower.
