There is a full bathroom. The living room is simply a beautiful room, flooded with natural light and inviting, with a comfortable furniture arrangements (two plush sofas), along with several colorful Claire Murray area rugs depicting Nantucket scenes. There is a small dining area to one side, with a massive, fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen is chic and contemporary – open to the living room – with granite countertops, upscale stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a laundry room. The dining room offers plenty of room for a large table, features oversized windows and an atrium door to a professionally landscaped garden and private brick terrace.

Second Floor: The stair to the second floor winds gracefully to a landing with a skylight and vaulted ceiling. There is a small sitting area. The master bedroom suite has his and hers walk-in closets, a luxurious spa bathroom and a deck – perfect for morning coffee – with sweeping views of the harbor and the neighboring bird conservatory. The guest suite also enjoys wonderful views and has a large private bath.

Third Floor: The sitting room on the third floor offers what might be the very best views on Nantucket: watch the ferry boat chugging in or the colorful sailboats rounding Brant Point from your comfortable perch! This room is set up with comfort and relaxation in mind. There is also a full bath.
