A foyer leads to a den, powder room and the living room beyond. The living area is anchored by a stone fireplace flanked by built-ins. French doors with transom windows above, combined with high ceilings, flood the space with light. Beyond is the kitchen with high end appliances and a stone accent wall.

An impressive carved staircase leads to the master suite with a soaring ceiling, grass cloth-covered walls, built in window seats and a door leading to a private balcony. The master bathroom includes a glass shower and a vanity with two sinks. Beyond, from the main hallway, is a bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom is spacious with high ceiling, includes built-ins for storage and has a closet with a stackable washer/dryer. A spiral staircase leads to a mermaids landing, a whimsical play or overflow area.

A full set of stairs leads to the third floor, which is the tower of the Stone Barn. Surrounded in windows, this space is ideal for an office, reading or watching the boats come and go from the Jetties.

The crawl space runs the length of the Barn and includes two sump pumps.
