The first floor features a newly designed open floor plan by Milton Rowland, with a living area and dining room to the right of the entrance that separates the brand new kitchen and laundry room with a fireplace/wood stove in the center of the room.
A door off the kitchen opens to a new bluestone patio that is perfect for outdoor summer grilling and entertaining.  To the left of the front entryway there is a bedroom that shares a bathroom with a small bedroom toward the back of the house. This bedroom can also be accessed down stairs off the kitchen.

Up the stairs to the left is a large enclosed sun porch.  To the right of the staircase are three bedrooms; two that share a hall bathroom with a claw foot tub and newly added tiled shower, and the master bedroom has the addition of a new private bathroom with tiled shower.

A two level studio with full bathroom was built in 2005 and designed by Milton Rowland. The deck off the loft has a small balcony with distant water views and a peak of Great Point Lighthouse. This studio is winterized and has a Rennai split system to enjoy the building year round.
